First things first...we not your typical wedding planner or even day-of coordination team. One of the main differences is that we leaving the planning up to your couples. In our years of experience, we have found there are many people out there that like to be in control and build the vision themselves. With that said though, we ensure we have several meetings with you ahead of your event date to make sure that we have all the details we need to execute everything to perfection. While we know this might not be a fit for everyone, it is because of our experience that we are able to take this approach and keep costs for our clients low. If you think you will want more guidance and help along the way, we would probably recommend going with a more formal planner. But that’s not to say that we can’t provide advice like on timelines or decor set-up...we have been doing this a long time!

Assist in the physical set-up and take-down of event decor, including arranging furniture, linens, and centerpieces. Ensure event venues remain clean and organized while efficiently packing materials at the end of events.
