About the Role: We are looking for a certified bookkeeper to process our day-to-day financial records. In this role, you will: Process invoices, track expenses, and reconcile accounts Record journal entries and keep data in our accounting software accurate and up to date Prepare and maintain financial statements Support the finance and management teams with reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant regulations Qualifications: Certified Professional Bookkeeper (CPB) designation through CPB Canada, or equivalent certification (required) Proficiency with Quickbooks and related digital tools (required) Fluency in Farsi and English (required) Proven experience managing daily financial operations Strong skills in preparing and reviewing financial statements and recording accurate journal entries Sharp attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities Solid understanding of accounting principles and CRA regulations Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred) Experience in real estate, construction, or property development accounting (an asset)
