This role will also assess Registry needs and assist in the development of systems and processes to improve performance and accuracy. What You Will Do - * Provide customers with an excellent customer experience, embracing the Drayden core values * Provide a wide range of registry services on behalf of the Government of Alberta, in an accurate and efficient manner, ensuring compliance in accordance with applicable privacy legislation * Perform clerical duties, including, data entry, filing and other routine office tasks, as required * Collect customer's payments, in the form of cash, cheque, credit or debit * Balance and reconcile daily transactions * Promote business development from registries to insurance * Complete administrative reports * Other related tasks as required What You Bring to the Team – * Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to work under pressure * Organizational and time management skills * High attention to detail * Drive and motivation for personal growth About Drayden Insurance Drayden Insurance was founded in 1965 and is named after the small towns in Alberta which it was formed - Drayton Valley and Holden.
