Job Description: The Cafe Worker is responsible for operating and maintaining the onsite café, enforcing cleaning and safety standards, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The position also plays a key role in advocating and supporting alumni activities. The ideal Candidate will have lived experience in some capacity in the addiction/mental health treatment community.
