As an Overnight Awake Counselor, you will provide support to adults with cognitive and physical needs. This position requires the candidate to be awake, alert, and available to individuals throughout the course of the night providing assistance and support as needed. Responsibilities: Provide support and training to promote personal growth and accomplishment Provide assistance with personal care, meal preparation and daily routines. Administer medication according to MAP regulations Perform housekeeping tasks as necessary Report significant health, psychiatric and behavioral issues Qualifications: Requires an High school diploma Experience working with adults with brain injuries or developmental disabilities Ability to drive residence van Must possess a valid Massachusetts driver’s license and maintain a personally owned vehicle Schedule: Wednesday & Thursday, 11pm-7am (16 hours) Hourly Rate $20—$20 USD At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
