We welcome applicants with experience in retail, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, customer service, merchandising, or other customer-facing roles. A strong interest in beauty and skincare is important, and we value people who are eager to learn, communicate well, and create a positive experience for every customer. What You’ll Do Welcome customers and provide friendly, inclusive service Help customers explore skincare, cosmetic, and beauty products Ask questions to better understand customer needs and preferences Educate customers on product ingredients, benefits, and suggested routines Support retail sales through helpful, pressure-free recommendations Merchandise, restock, and maintain attractive product displays Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting Assist with promotions, seasonal displays, and new product launches Support general day-to-day store operations This is a permanent part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity. Required Skills What We’re Looking For Experience in retail sales, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, customer service, or a related customer-facing role A genuine interest in skincare, beauty, and helping customers Ability to listen to customers and help them explore products suited to their needs and preferences Confidence explaining product benefits and common skincare ingredients in a clear, approachable way Experience with merchandising, displays, or maintaining an organized retail environment is an asset Friendly, energetic, reliable, and professional Strong spoken and written English communication skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn about OC Beauty products, hero ingredients, skincare routines, and new product launches Must be available to work Saturdays Requirements Currently be located in Sault Ste.
