About the Role Enabled Talent is looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Employer Sales & Conversion Intern to help turn employer interest into meaningful partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of outreach, sales, and impact, supporting organizations in becoming inclusive employers while helping scale our employer network. What You’ll Do Support the conversion of interested employers into active partners, pilot participants, or collaborators Assist in conducting employer demos, presentations, and walkthroughs of Enabled Talent programs and offerings Help prepare customized proposals, pitch decks, and partnership materials Manage and track employer leads using CRM tools or internal trackers Conduct timely and strategic follow-ups to nurture employer relationships Collaborate with the partnerships and outreach team to identify high-potential opportunities Support closing activities by coordinating communication, documentation, and onboarding steps Gather feedback from employers to improve conversion strategies and offerings Research organizations aligned with inclusive hiring goals and identify decision-makers What We’re Looking For Strong interest in sales, partnerships, business development, or social impact Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in speaking with professionals and representing the organization Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to track multiple leads Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, or sales pipelines is a plus Eligibility Requirements Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Candidates must be Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents Must be based in or around Sudbury, Ontario Why Join Enabled Talent?
