As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Nurse Practitioner who has the passion to deliver the best possible care to our patients. This position is for an existing vacancy. Summary: The Nurse Practitioner will assist physicians and allied health partners to ensure an effective patient care process. This is a part-time position (1 day a week on Thursday). Location: 34 Main Street West Ground Floor, Beeton, ON L0G 1A0 Responsibilities: Provide primary care to patients in-person Coordinate care with in-house physicians and pharmacist team Perform proper documentation and record keeping to fulfill the medico-legal responsibilities Understand and be compliant with clinic process and procedures Activities including and not limited to - conducting patient interviews, histories, arranging follow up care appointments Requirements: Active practice registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario Masters of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner or equivalent educational preparation Advanced nursing care knowledge related to health assessment, diagnostic, pharmacotherapeutics and invasive and minor surgical procedures required Minimum of one (1) year recent primary care nursing experience required Excellent patient focus and communication skills Experience with EMR is an asset

Requirements
Candidates must have a Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) and active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario. A minimum of one year of recent primary care nursing experience is required.
