Role Overview The Barista / Cafe Associate crafts specialty coffee and creates a warm, welcoming experience in our cafe, where great coffee meets cycling and running culture. You will prepare drinks to a high standard, keep the cafe running smoothly, and help make it a natural gathering point for our community before and after a ride or run. Reports to: Cafe Lead Location: Vancouver, B.C. Compensation: $18–$21 per hour, plus tips Employment Type: Part-time or full-time Eligibility: Authorized to work in Canada Key Responsibilities Coffee & Service Prepare espresso, coffee, and other drinks to our quality standards Provide friendly, attentive service to every guest Maintain consistency, cleanliness, and presentation across the bar Cafe Operations Open and close the cafe, including cleaning and restocking Handle food and beverages following safe handling practices Keep the cafe space tidy, stocked, and inviting Community Welcome riders and runners before and after their workouts Help bring energy to community events and gatherings in the space What We're Looking For Experience as a barista or in a cafe; specialty coffee experience is an asset Strong customer service skills and a friendly, energetic manner Food Safe certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain it) Reliability and availability on weekends and mornings Interest in coffee, cycling, or running is a plus Benefits Employee discounts Food & beverage perks Flexible scheduling How to Apply Please send your resume and a short note about your experience and interest in the role to [email protected] .
