The independent optometrist will operate a private practice within a Target Optical location, providing high-quality eye care services to patients. They are responsible for managing their own professional fee schedule and delivering comprehensive optometric care.

The candidate must be a licensed Doctor of Optometry capable of managing an independent practice. The role requires professional autonomy and the ability to provide clinical services within a retail-affiliated environment.
