Job details
We're building an AI-powered way to turn idle residential spaces into unique, affordable-luxury experiences. The product is built and live. Now we need a co-founder to launch it in Toronto. This is a partner role, not a salary job: equity only until we're funded, with vesting and a signed founders' agreement. What you'll own (first 90 days): - Onboard 3 local operators in Toronto - Close our first paid bookings and make them profitable - Build a repeat-customer engine (target: 1 in 5 customers books again) - Weekly reporting on pipeline, conversion and unit economics You are: - Someone who has launched something from zero and knows what the first 10 customers and first 5 suppliers take - Creative, patient and honest, with a real startup mindset - Comfortable with outreach, partnerships and numbers - Based in the Greater Toronto Area You get: - Meaningful founder equity (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff) - A real voice in every big decision, including brainstorming where the product goes next - A tested product, a financial model and a pitch ready to go I cover product, vision and fundraising. If this sounds like you, apply with one thing you've launched and what drew you to the idea.
