They collaborate with the interprofessional team to ensure person-centered care and effective discharge planning. Candidates must have graduated from an approved School of Nursing and hold current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is also required.
