They collaborate with an inter-professional team to ensure effective care delivery, discharge planning, and patient education. Candidates must have graduated from an approved School of Nursing and hold current practicing registration with the BCCNM. A minimum of two years of recent, related clinical nursing experience in the designated area is required.
