The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care by assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing interventions for pediatric patients in inpatient and ambulatory settings. They collaborate with the inter-professional care team to develop care plans, advocate for patient needs, and ensure effective discharge planning. Candidates must have graduated from an approved School of Nursing and hold current practicing registration with the BCCNM. A minimum of one year of recent, related clinical nursing experience in the designated area is required.
