They are responsible for assessing patient needs, coordinating care with the medical team, and ensuring a safe environment through adherence to hospital policies. Candidates must have graduated from an approved School of Nursing and hold current practicing registration with the BCCNM. A minimum of one year of recent relevant clinical experience in the designated area is required.
