The Social Worker provides comprehensive therapeutic and clinical counseling services, including grief and bereavement support, to clients and families within the Hospice Palliative Care Program. They also act as a key member of the interdisciplinary team to conduct psychosocial assessments and facilitate access to community resources. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work and possess at least two years of recent clinical experience in palliative care. Additionally, full registration with the BC College of Social Workers and a valid BC Driver's license are required.
What you’ll do

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work and possess at least two years of recent clinical experience in palliative care. Additionally, full registration with the BC College of Social Workers and a valid BC Driver's license are required.
