The Optical Associate is responsible for greeting patients, assisting with frame selection, and performing facial measurements and eyewear adjustments. They also manage clinic operations including appointment coordination, billing, and processing contact lens orders.

Patient Services Specialist- Part time

The specialist manages patient check-in/out, coordinates appointments, and handles billing and payments. They also perform pre-testing for eye care and provide minor repairs and adjustments for eyewear.

Patient Services Specialist - Occasional

Greet and manage patient check-in/out processes while performing pre-testing and eyewear adjustments. Coordinate appointments and handle billing and payments to ensure a positive patient experience.

Optician - Part-Time

Educate patients on eyewear options and guide them in selecting styles that combine fashion with optimal vision. Perform eyewear repairs and adjustments while supporting retail operations and coaching team members to maintain optical standards.
