In the role of Second Cook, we are currently seeking a high energy and knowledge hungry candidate who thrives in a fast paced and dynamic work environment! What you’ll do

The 2nd Cook is responsible for preparing food items at specific stations while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. They must ensure high-quality production levels and provide superior customer service to all guests.

Requirements

Candidates must have completed or be in the process of completing a program at a recognized culinary institution. A minimum of three years of progressive culinary experience in a large kitchen or similar environment is required.
