As a Line Cook / Prep Cook at Armani Caffè, you will be part of a diverse culinary and service team committed to creating an exceptional guest experience rooted in warmth, authenticity, precision, and genuine hospitality. You will prepare high-quality ingredients and menu components with consistency and care, supporting efficient service and embodying the elegance, excellence, and hospitality of the Giorgio Armani brand. In this role, you will complete daily food preparation, follow recipes and production plans, maintain organized workstations, and ensure ingredients are prepared, labelled, stored, and available for service. Your attention to detail, sense of urgency, and coordination with the kitchen and front-of-house teams will support product quality, timely execution, and a refined caffè experience. You take pride in culinary craftsmanship, cleanliness, food safety, organization, and consistently executing each preparation to established standards. Candidates should understand food preparation and safety practices, follow recipes and instructions accurately, communicate and work well in a fast-paced team, and be available for a flexible schedule; FoodSafe Level 1 is preferred and must be maintained where required.
