Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach to potential clients, and presenting Glocalize’s localization solutions to studios, creators, and businesses. The specialist will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, assist with social media and content initiatives, and track campaign performance. Daily activities include maintaining the CRM, preparing sales materials, coordinating product demonstrations, and providing follow-up communication to prospects and existing clients. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align messaging, gather market insights, and help refine sales strategies. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships. Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, presentations, and closing opportunities. Experience with Training and Sales Management, such as onboarding new clients or supporting team sales processes. Familiarity with marketing activities, including campaign support, social media, and basic analytics. Ability to work on-site in Toronto, ON, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Comfort with CRM tools and productivity software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms). Background in media, entertainment, or technology sectors is an asset. Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
