Summary: A hospitality supervisor oversees daily front-of-house or service operations to ensure high standards of guest experience. They supervise, train, and schedule staff while ensuring policies, safety, and service procedures are followed. The role includes handling guest concerns, coordinating with other departments, and supporting management with reporting and operational needs. Responsibilities: Under the Direction of the Hospitality Manager: Supervise daily hospitality operations and ensure high standards of customer service Lead, train, schedule, and support staff to meet operational needs Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies Assist management with reporting, inventory, and operational coordination Qualifications: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a supervisory role Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of health and safety standards in a hospitality environment High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in hospitality is an asset) Working Conditions: Some travel may be required Ability to attend and conduct presentations Ability to lift 50 lbs required Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals

Requirements
