Duties: Providing front-line customer service and administrative support to staff and the public. Processing financial transactions, including invoices, deposits, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Maintaining payroll, timekeeping, financial, and procurement records. Preparing purchase orders, tracking expenditures, and supporting inventory control. Maintaining confidential records and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Performing general clerical and administrative duties as required. Qualifications: Essential: Experience performing administrative and clerical duties, including reception, records management, filing, and data entry. Experience providing clerical support for financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, or maintaining financial records. Experience providing front-line customer service and responding to inquiries from the public. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) or similar software applications. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear and accurate information to staff and members of the public. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to prepare and format accurate correspondence and administrative documents. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision. Experience interpreting and applying policies, procedures, or guidelines. Desired: Experience using S/4 Hana or a similar financial management system to process financial or administrative transactions. Experience processing payroll, timekeeping, or employee attendance records.
