This is an independent, performance-based business opportunity, not a salaried employment position. It can be developed alongside existing commitments, with approximately 10–15 focused hours per week, supported by established systems, comprehensive training and ongoing mentoring. You’ll learn how to: • Connect with professionals exploring new possibilities in their careers and lives • Have professional discovery and qualification conversations • Introduce established personal and leadership development programmes • Use established digital marketing, communication and follow-up systems • Develop your own leadership, mentoring and business capability No previous experience in the personal development industry is required. Who This May Suit You may come from learning and development, training, leadership, coaching, consulting, people development, business development or another relationship-driven professional background.
