What you’ll do: * Conduct thorough, root-cause assessments including history, lifestyle factors, and comprehensive labs * Design individualized treatment plans incorporating GLP-1 Agonists and microdosing strategies, alongside nutritional, behavioral, and supplement interventions * Initiate, titrate, and monitor GLP-1 Agonists with functional medicine-informed support protocols (e.g., microbiome support, mitochondrial health, nutrient repletion) * Educate and empower patients in a collaborative care model to create lasting transformation * Partner with our team of health coaches, nutritionists, and functional medicine doctors * Track progress using advanced biomarkers and patient-reported outcomes * Contribute to continuous protocol refinement as evidence and practice evolve What you will bring along: * Licensed Nurse Practitioner with current certification. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in integrative/functional, primary care, or metabolic health settings. * Experience or interest in prescribing GLP-1 agonists and utilizing microdosing protocols (training provided if needed). * Familiarity with functional lab testing (GI-MAP, DUTCH, organic acids, etc.) is preferred. * Strong knowledge of nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and systems biology. * Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for transformational care.
