Salary Range: The base salary compensation range for this specific contract part-time position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year (pro-rated). Job Purpose: The CPFR Analyst is responsible for building strong relationships and collaborating with Customer(s) replenishment teams to execute collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR) activities. This role involves monitoring Customer inventory and identifying efficient replenishment opportunities. Additionally, this role will negotiate and align Haleon and Customer requirements to ensure the successful planning and execution of sales programs, new product launches, discontinuations, and sales orders, meeting the priorities of both companies. The role also focuses on maximizing key performance metrics such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF), Shelf-In-Stocks, and Forecast Accuracy/Bias. Furthermore, the CPFR Analyst will develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and database tools to support CPFR analytical needs, including store-level, distribution center (DC), weeks of supply (WOH), point of sale (POS), seasonality, and promotional analysis. Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Lead preparation of presentations and lead customer meetings which may require visits to customers' head offices primarily located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Develop, maintain, and/or enhance Power BI (PBI) reporting tools to perform all analytical requirements of the role and support the evolution of CPFR partnerships with customers. Develop, maintain, and/or enhance Customer Replenishment Scorecard to monitor in-stocks at Haleon, wholesaler, and retail levels, making recommendations to optimize inventory, OTIF, shelf availability, and providing insights into Haleon's forecasting process. Analyze point of sale (POS) consumption data, DC and/or distributor inventory levels, customer forecasts, seasonality, and promotional activities to influence customer orders and replenishment decisions. Leverage seasonality and promotional information/forecasts in context of customer replenishment strategies, to drive pipeline and shipping projections into the sales and demand forecasts. Identify, analyze, recommend, and lead efficient replenishment and cost-to-serve opportunities, such as standardized delivery schedules, layer/pallet multiples, and noncompliance mitigation. Implement agreed-upon strategies to ensure consistent execution of supply chain, logistics, forecasting, replenishment, and inventory strategies across the customer supply chain in alignment with Haleon's policies and initiatives. Collaborate across boundaries with warehousing and distribution, sales, and supply planning teams to support Haleon's ability to meet customer requirements while optimizing costs, including allocations, re-pipes, and discontinuation run-outs. Communicate supply chain activities to key commercial and supply stakeholders that pose risks to attaining Haleon's financial objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Support internal and external customers with business reports, presentations, and insights to help generate actionable business solutions. Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience Strong understanding of forecasting, replenishment, logistics, and budgeting concepts 2+ years of experience in CPFR and/or retail replenishment Advanced in SAP, Excel and PowerBI Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain data clearly and effectively.
