KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Precision Service Delivery: Perform high-quality hand and foot case services, including custom manicures, pedicures, specialized hand and foot treatments, nail shaping, and cuticle care tailored precisely to client preferences. Elite Consultation: Conduct detail-oriented client consultations to understand their specific grooming profiles, explain the wellness benefits of our multi-service menu, and seamlessly recommend repeat scheduling. Membership & Retention Growth: Actively educate patrons on proper grooming routines, showcase retail product usage, and confidently drive recurring club membership enrollment. Immaculate Workstation Sanitation: Maintain a spotless, ultra-clean workstation, executing mandated tool sterilization and infection-control processes that strictly satisfy brand benchmarks and Colorado state board regulations. Operational Setup & Support: Arrive prior to your shift with ample time to fully stock and organize your station according to standard operating procedures. Location & Availability: Must have reliable transportation to the shop and availability to work a schedule that includes evening and weekend shifts. Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of active, professional experience as a Nail Artist - Nail Technician (experience in high-end hand and foot care industry preferred). Communication Polish: Exceptional verbal communication skills and a natural, authentic ease when interacting with a professional, discerning clientele. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, move, and stay dynamically active through a standard 8-hour shift, and comfortably lift up to 25 lbs as needed to support shop operations. Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
