Union: HSAS Facility: Tatagwa View City/Town: Weyburn Department: Physiotherapy Type: Part-time temporary Expected Up to Date: December 01, 2026 FTE: 0.44 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: Per 6 weeks: * 12 shifts of 8 hours * 1 shifts of 3 hours Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Field Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Physical Therapist - Degree $40.187 to $49.255 Travel Required: Yes Job Description: Reporting to the Manager of Primary Health Care, the Physical Therapist (PT) makes decisions and accepts responsibility for clinical physical therapy client care (evaluation/assessment, intervention, education & consultation). The Physical Therapist ensures service is consistent with the mission statement, philosophy, goals and objectives of the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA). This position participates in an interdisciplinary team approach that ensures practice standards are compliant with standards established by the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists (SCPT). Requirements
