En tant que plongeur (H/F), vous serez responsable du nettoyage et l'entretien de la vaisselle, des ustensiles de cuisine et des équipements utilisés dans le restaurant de l'hôtel. La personne contribue au maintien d'un environnement de travail propre, sécuritaire et conforme aux normes d'hygiène. RESPONSIBILITIES * Laver à la main ou au lave-vaisselle les assiettes, verres, couverts, instruments et ustensiles de cuisine * Sécher la vaisselle * Nettoyer les trancheuses, fours, réfrigérateurs, hottes et autres équipements * Désinfecter les sols et surfaces de la cuisine * Gérer l'élimination des déchets * Assurer l'ordre et la propreté de la cuisine QUALIFICATIONS * Une expérience en restauration ou en hôtellerie constitue un atout. * Capacité à travailler debout pendant de longues périodes. * Bonne condition physique et capacité à soulever des charges modérées. * Être disponible à temps partiel (3 jours par semaine) et à temps plein pendant la période estivale et la période des Fêtes * Disponibilité pour travailler les soirs, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés au besoin. * Sens de l'organisation et rapidité d'exécution. * Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique. * Attitude positive et esprit d'équipe. * Respect rigoureux des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
