The ideal candidate will possess a passion for treating clients with a variety of conditions, including orthopaedic, post-concussive, and musculoskeletal conditions. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring each client feels valued and cared for during their visit. Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to meet the individual needs of clients, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and relaxation techniques. Assess client needs and medical history to create personalized treatment plans. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their preferences and any areas of concern. Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation protocols. Skills/Key Qualifications Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills to effectively understand and address client needs. Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology. Ability to perform various massage techniques with proficiency. Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the treatment area. A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of massage therapy. Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Ability to adapt techniques based on clients' preference and conditions.
