Health Care Aide

Seniors may need help because of an injury, mobility or memory issues, illnesses, or chronic conditions making everyday chores more challenging. Care Giver Responsibilities: * Personal care (grooming, toileting, bathing, and dressing) * Planning and preparing meals * Medication reminders and assistance * Errands such as grocery shopping and doctor’s appointments * Dementia Care * Planning activities and helping clients remain socially engaged What We Provide: * Paid training by experienced trainers (training is required regardless of experience) * Ongoing, 24/7 support from the Home Instead team * Competitive hourly wages * Ongoing client assignments – see the same clients on a regular basis * Care Giver referral bonus program Care Giver Requirements - please do not apply if you do not meet these requirements: * Must have a dedicated vehicle and a valid Class 5 driver’s license * Must live in Calgary, Alberta or surrounding areas * Great written and verbal communication skills, in English * Consistent, non-flexible availability * Clear criminal background check Apply if you are ready to join us in making a difference in seniors’ lives!

Provide essential daily care for seniors, including personal grooming, bathing, and meal preparation. Assist clients with medication reminders, errands, and activities to maintain social engagement.

Candidates must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license, a dedicated vehicle, and reside in or around Calgary, Alberta. A clear criminal background check and consistent availability are also required.
