They work within an interdisciplinary team to facilitate successful transitions to permanent housing while maintaining a safe, trauma-informed environment.

ShelterCare Support Worker (Weekends)

The ShelterCare Support Worker provides 24/7 on-site support to men experiencing homelessness, focusing on housing stability and wellness. Responsibilities include crisis response, life skills coaching, maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating transitions to permanent housing.

Peer Worker (RAAM)

On-site · Kitchener

Peer workers serve as the first point of contact for clinic participants, providing support and system navigation while sharing personal lived experience with recovery. They also facilitate drug screenings and work within an interdisciplinary team to maintain a safe, judgement-free environment.
