Job summary
Reservations Agent - Part-Time Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain is seeking a Reservations Agent who is enthusiastic about providing a thoughtful, professional, and hospitality focused booking experience for guests reserving services at our Spa. What you will do Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, maintaining a calm and welcoming tone. Create, modify, and cancel reservations with accuracy and attention to detail. Guide guests through booking options to support informed and confident decisions. Protect guest privacy and handle sensitive information with discretion. Respond to voicemail messages and emails in a timely and courteous manner. What we require Previous experience in reservations, call center, or guest-facing roles is an asset. Flexibility to be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge / experience using Microsoft Office systems (Word, Excel and Outlook). Ability to remain calm, focused, and professional in a fast-paced phone environment. Sales awareness and confidence in guiding guest decisions in a respectful manner.
