A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US - Prepare, cook, and present food items according to IKEA standards. - Provide warm, efficient, and friendly service to customers in all IKEA Food areas. - Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation throughout the day. - Keep all food production, service, and dining areas clean, organized, and safe. - Follow all IKEA food safety, sanitation, and waste‑reduction policies and procedures. - Support customers by answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and Swedish Food Market products. - Work collaboratively with the team, especially during peak periods, to ensure smooth operations. - Learn and maintain knowledge of IKEA’s Swedish food offerings, daily specials, and preparation guidelines. - Support department goals by contributing to daily/weekly sales and waste targets.
