Job summary
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE • Minimum 1 year of related experience • Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role preferable, but not required A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US • Meet and greet the customer, identify their overall needs to support and serve them in the best way by asking the right questions, provide advice about food content and menu choices, and ensure that they have everything they need. Handle any customer enquiries and complaints. • Implement best practices and actions that enable commercialisation of food dishes and products for competitive advantage in selling points and in meeting with the customer. Merchandise and maintain the food dishes and products to secure food availability, quality, and presentation at the point of service. • Ensure that the food production, service, and seating areas are clean, maintained, organised, and safe at the start, during and end of shift. Prepare and operate the Point-of-Sale solutions to take payment for customer orders. • Create the daily food menu from preparation and production planning, using the ingredients and equipment to prepare, produce, cook, and serve the dishes/meals in line with operational and food safety requirements. • Receive, store, and replenish stock items to secure safe and quality ingredients, and perform operational tasks connected to waste and inventory management processes.
