WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE ( Sales Area - Textiles & Rugs) - Passion for sales and delivering outstanding customer service. - Ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume retail environment. - Strong multitasking and time-management skills. - Experience with merchandising and maintaining visually appealing product displays. - Confidence in approaching customers, identifying needs, and recommending solutions. - Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving products up to 50 lbs. - Team-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure. A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US - Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and providing product recommendations. - Maintain a clean, fully stocked, accurately priced, and inspiring sales area. - Execute merchandising standards and ensure excellent product presentation. Replenish stock and support inventory availability throughout the day. - Balance customer service, merchandising, and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Safely lift, move, and handle products up to 50 lbs as part of daily responsibilities. - Work with coworkers to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience.
