Job summary

Part-Time Accounting & Bookkeeping Specialist Approximately 24 hours/week | Onsite | Wage Range $30-$40 per hr. We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Accounting & Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, approximately 24 hours per week. This is a hands-on role with a variety of accounting responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping financial operations organized, accurate, and running smoothly. What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions Perform bank and account reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop Assist with general ledger and month-end accounting activities Prepare reports and maintain organized financial documentation Research and resolve discrepancies Provide general accounting support as needed What We’re Looking For Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop Solid understanding of accounting principles Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Organized, dependable, and able to work independently Strong problem-solving and communication skills Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Ability to work onsite Why Join Us?
