What You'll Do Provide professional massage therapy treatments, including Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, and other specialized techniques. Create personalized treatment plans based on each client's goals, preferences, and wellness needs. Build trusting, long-term relationships with clients through compassionate care and attentive service. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, treatment notes, and progress updates. Communicate openly with clients to ensure their comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout every treatment. Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming treatment environment that promotes relaxation and healing. Stay current with industry trends, continuing education, and emerging therapeutic techniques. Contribute positively to a supportive team culture that values collaboration, professionalism, and client-centered care. What We're Looking For Valid massage therapy certification or license. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping others. Knowledge of medical terminology is considered an asset. Previous experience in a client-facing or customer service role is highly valued. Ability to create a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for every client.
