What are we looking for? Certified RPNs who demonstrate compassion, critical thinking and a desire to provide our clients with the highest quality care possible, as well as but not limited to: * Provide meaningful companionship and stimulation to clients with various conditions * Advocate for clients’ needs * Monitor and report any changes to the client’s condition * Ensure the privacy and dignity of clients while providing care * Administer medication, wound care, vital assessment, liaising with physicians * Deliver thorough nursing care in adherence to the care plan, nursing assessments and client needs * Create moments of joy for clients during your care Required Qualifications: * Must be lisenced and in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) * Community home care experience is preferred * Strong problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills are required * RPNs with Dementia Care Education and Experience are preferred. Requirements

Must be a licensed RPN in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Experience in community home care and dementia care education is preferred.
