Job summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: * Strong communication and customer service skills * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Ability to multitask and work efficiently * Previous experience in optical or healthcare is considered an asset, but not required (training provided) Key Responsibilities: * Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner * Enter and maintain accurate patient information * Perform pre-testing for patients (training will be provided) * Schedule and confirm appointments * Process billing and insurance claims * Perform front desk duties including filing, scanning, and faxing * Recall patients for eye exams * Balance daily payments and assist with day-end closing procedures Position Details: * Part time, approximately 20 – 25 hours per week * Monday to Friday What We Offer: * Competitive salary * Staff discounts * Annual performance reviews Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted
