Assist airline passengers with reservations, fares, ticketing, check-in, baggage, boarding, and general inquiries, including support for passengers requiring special handling. Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with airport and airline teams while following safety procedures; additional duties may include cargo processing, baggage claims, jet-way operation, and aircraft radio communications.

The coordinator provides operational support for airport day-to-day activities, including managing gate assignments and coordinating aircraft movement. They are responsible for relaying critical information between flight crews, ground personnel, and maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.
