Role Description The Remote Setter Part-Time role is a fully remote position focused on supporting consultants and coaches with qualified appointments. In this role, you will conduct outbound outreach via phone to initiate authentic conversations with prospects. You will listen carefully, ask clarifying questions, and use defined criteria to qualify leads, then schedule appointments on clients' calendars. Schedule: 4 days per week, 3 hours per day (with a break in between). Must be able to commit to a consistent, reliable 3-hour block. Daily activities include: • Making curiosity-driven calls to professionals from qualified lead lists • Following a proven script to engage prospects and identify interest • Scheduling exploratory conversations (sets) between prospects and consultants • Logging detailed, accurate notes on every call in Google Sheets • Collaborating with the team in Slack, asking questions, sharing wins, and supporting others • Meeting weekly minimums: 12 hours/week and weekly setting targets • Attending team training and coaching sessions to continuously improve on Tuesdays at 10am PST/1pm EST You will collaborate with the team to refine messaging, meet performance targets, and uphold JC Provisions' standards of integrity, clarity, and respectful communication in all interactions. Qualifications • Reliability & Communication: You show up when you say you will and communicate proactively. This is non-negotiable. • Attention to Detail: Accurate note-taking and logging are essential. You double-check your work. • Strong communication abilities: Clear spoken and written English, active listening, and the capacity to hold professional, empathetic conversations. • Comfort with outbound calls: Experience or interest in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development support - you don't freeze up on the phone. • Basic digital proficiency: Comfortable using Google Sheets, Calendly, Slack, and email platforms. • Self-motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part-time hours reliably, and meet agreed-upon performance metrics. • Integrity & professionalism: Respect for diverse people and perspectives in all client and prospect interactions. • Strong organizational skills: Consistent documentation of outreach activities and outcomes. • Coachability: Willingness to learn scripts, frameworks, and qualification criteria, and to participate in ongoing training and feedback. • Location: Must reside in Canada. Prior experience in customer service, coaching support, consultative conversations, or mission-driven organizations is beneficial but not required.
