What you will do as a Math Instructor: Teach in-centre using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices Work primarily with high school students, providing support with more advanced math concepts and helping students build confidence, understanding, and problem-solving skills Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes What we are looking for in a Math Instructor: Passion for math and working with students Ability and enthusiasm to work with high school students and support them with challenging and advanced math concepts Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude Curiosity, openness to learning, and willingness to grow Enthusiasm for training and openness to feedback Strong math competency through at least a high school program Reliability and a professional attitude As part of our hiring process, all applicants will be required to complete a math literacy test to demonstrate their math proficiency. Requirements
