SAFETY. TEAMWORK. INTEGRITY. BURNCO is currently hiring a Part-Time Admin Coordinator for our Ready-Mix operations in Lethbridge, Alberta. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be providing day-to-day admin support, as well, as general office duties. What You Will Be Doing * Complete and distribute purchase orders and invoices for payment. * Follow up calls to Vendors for purchase order tracing. * Contact customers for outstanding invoices. * Prepare employee expense reports. * Answer phones. * Prepare and submit monthly and weekly reports. * Maintain inventory of office/safety supplies and order supplies as required. * Filing as required. * General office cleaning. * Other duties as may be assigned from time to time. What We Need from You * Strong work ethic and positive team attitude. * Experience working with concrete is an asset. * Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills. * Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills. * Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment. * Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. * Able to work well under pressure, in a busy environment. * Strong attention to detail. * Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Willing to train the right candidate.
