Candidates joining Cloud Ethusiast Hub will be part of a results-driven environment focused on cloud excellence and global compliance. Role Description This is a part-time, remote CONTRACT role for a Certified Investment Round Manager / Capital Raising Lead. The individual in this role will lead and coordinate capital-raising activities, including planning fundraising rounds, preparing investor materials, and managing communication with potential investors and strategic partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial projections, assessing market and investment opportunities, advising on optimal investment structures, and supporting negotiation of terms. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to align capital strategies with business objectives, ensuring transparent reporting on fundraising progress, and maintaining documentation for compliance and stakeholder updates. The successful candidate will work independently, using digital collaboration tools to manage timelines and deliverables across different time zones. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Investment Management and Investments skills, with experience in managing or supporting fundraising rounds or capital deployment. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and a track record of evaluating financial models, market data, and risk-return profiles. Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Investment Strategies and Finance, including equity, debt, and hybrid structures relevant to technology or SaaS businesses. Candidates should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prepare clear investor presentations and reports. Certification or formal training in investment management, corporate finance, or a related field is highly beneficial. Experience working with startups, scale-ups, or technology-focused ventures in capital raising or advisory roles is an advantage. Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high ethical and professional standards. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
