No prior AI experience is required. Responsibilities Analyze, evaluate, and annotate various datasets to support AI system training and validation. Provide clear, accurate, and high-quality written input and feedback based on project requirements. Review and refine AI model outputs to improve relevance, accuracy, and overall quality. Complete problem-solving tasks requiring critical thinking and cross-domain understanding. Apply project guidelines consistently across assigned tasks and deliverables. Participate in quality assurance processes to maintain project standards. Communicate findings, observations, and insights effectively through written and verbal channels. Identify inconsistencies or areas for improvement in data and model outputs. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout all project activities. Collaborate effectively with remote project teams in a digital-first environment. Required Qualifications Exceptional command of written and spoken English. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with data labeling or annotation projects. Experience evaluating or reviewing data or AI-generated content. Familiarity with AI training or data preparation workflows. Strong problem-solving skills across multiple subject areas. Experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges. Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, guidelines, and workflows. Compensation $50–$90 per hour Remote contractor engagement.
