Why join us? * Free lunch with most shifts * Yearly bonus * Opportunities to learn & grow * On-site parking * Flexible scheduling * A welcoming, family-oriented team What we’re looking for: * Open availability, including weekdays, evenings, weekends & general holidays * Kitchen experience is an asset, but we’re willing to train the right person * Strong teamwork and communication skills * Customer-focused and reliable * Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment * Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical/repetitive tasks What you’ll do: * Prepare and portion food: Assist Kitchen Cooks with washing, peeling, cutting, weighing, measuring, seasoning, garnishing, plating, and packaging ingredients and prepared foods according to recipes. * Support daily kitchen operations: Help manage customer orders, prepare food in a timely manner, monitor cooking times and temperatures, and assist with oven and stove operations. * Maintain food safety & quality: Take food and storage temperatures, follow food safety procedures, properly store ingredients, and ensure food and equipment are handled safely. * Keep the kitchen clean & organized: Wash and sanitize utensils, equipment, workstations, and food preparation areas while following company cleaning standards. * Deliver great customer service: Assist with customer orders, answer the telephone, provide friendly service, promote our products, and work together with the team to create a positive customer experience.
