Billing & Payroll Administrator | Part-Time | Primarily Remote | $24.00 per hour Our team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, highly organized Billing & Payroll Administrator who takes pride in accuracy, values being part of a supportive team, and wants their work to have real purpose. This is a part-time, primarily remote position, with occasional attendance at our St. Catharines office for training, meetings and operational needs. The Opportunity As our Billing & Payroll Administrator, you’ll be entrusted with the accurate and timely processing of payroll, client billing and related financial administration. You’ll work closely with Operations and Human Resources while helping ensure our employees are paid accurately and our clients receive timely, accurate billing. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, meticulous, and confident working independently, but who also enjoys being part of a collaborative team where people genuinely care about one another and the work, they do. What You’ll Be Doing · Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now, accurately and on time · Complete client billing and invoicing for private-pay and funded programs · Process employee mileage, expenses, and payroll adjustments · Track vacation, sick time, statutory holiday pay and other payroll-related entitlements · Process payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, and wage adjustments · Maintain accurate employee and payroll information in ADP and other company systems · Review payroll and billing information, investigate discrepancies, and make necessary corrections · Support accounts receivable, payment tracking and follow-up on outstanding invoices · Prepare payroll, billing and financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end activities · Respond professionally to payroll and billing inquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality What You’ll Bring You have a minimum of three years of experience in payroll, billing or financial administration, and experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
