Job Description As an integral part of the home and community care team, you will support, encourage and provide independence for patients in their homes and community setting by assisting with activities of daily living. Candidates must possess a valid Personal Support Worker Certificate, a driver's license with vehicle access, and a clear Vulnerable Sector Screen. Proficiency in Chinese is considered an asset for communicating with specific client populations.
