Current Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario 2. Current knowledge and experience in the management of surgical patients 3. Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills 4. Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team 5. Minimum 6 months recent orthopedic experience preferred 6. Current Heart and Stroke Foundation course in CPR or equivalent preferred
