Job details
The Finance Director works closely with the Chair and Vice Chair and communicates with the CUS to oversee the club’s finances, including developing a budget and keeping track of expenses through the school year. \n Time Commitment Approx. 4-6 hrs/week throughout the school year (Up to 10 hrs/week during busy times) Term of Employment September 2026 - April 2027 Main Responsibilities Create HRMC's 2026/27 Budget Liason with CUS Financial Portfolio and keep in consistent communication Keep track of all revenues and expenses Manage executive reimbursements with the AMS in a timely manner Reply to general inquiries & concerns sent through email Assist the VP External in securing sponsorships Organize budget sheets transparently Attend weekly meetings and assist with other club initiatives as needed Qualifications Cooperative, organized, detail-oriented, ability to problem-solve Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional time-management skills Able to maintain close relationships with other executive members Prior experience in financial roles is an asset \n Submit the following information to no later than Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 10:00 PM PST: A one-page resume outlining your most relevant experiences A cover letter addressing the following: Why do you believe you are suitable for this position?
